Yes, one rotten apple can spoil the barrel, but I have found that the people in other countries, have come to judge the individual, instead of the whole population.

If foreigners are so able to differentiate between the rotten apple and the lovely barrel, how do you account for rotten perception of the barrel captured by the polls?

Perhaps it's Bushitis, as Mary suggests... <g>
