What a bunch of crap. Who cares if his name isn't on bills? Frist doesn't have any either. That's not how you measure a senator.

Besides, could we ever use the McCain-Kerry CAFE standards fuel efficiency bill now which the Bushies fought so hard to defeat in 2002?

What bill did Cheney ever sponsor in congress? What did GW Bush ever do as governor besides take $$ for pollution rights and energy deregulation?
