(NASDAQ-OTCBB:ABHH) (ABHH) said Friday that it has entered into an agreement with American Express Co. (NYSE:AXP) (AXP) to incorporate its HoloMag on American Express branded cards. HoloMag(R)is a patented product that integrates security holograms with magnetic tape, according to a document filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Terms of the agreement are not being released, the filing said.
