He was 15 when he wrote his first poem as we sat around my kitchen table, the sun not long from his time of rising. And he never slowed down after that. See, you got me started, too. :)

as to white-space, have you tried typing out the blanks? I don't know if that will work. I always left-justify. The spacing does matter. I went thru a long period of being mostly a verb/adjective person. Stacatto of one/two or three words to a sentence. I was right proud when I wrote a full sentence again. :)

and I wouldn't want to keep you up too late. :) this is great, though, to talk poetry. It's been a long time. And I've misssed the talk, and I've missed the poetry, even if I have ever mixed feelings about my muse.
