Perhaps the body armor that you were talking about is still hung up in Congress because Kerry and Edwards voted against it... Who really knows yet....neither does the press, it appears. We don't know the story as yet, so the press can't ad lib or make things up until the story is laid bare.... Of course, the truth doesn't seem to be a factor with some of the media. Anything for 'face time'....
