<how much confidence do you have in the ability of government to solve problems, especially on the federal level, rather than tailored to local needs?> Federal taxes often get passed on to the state and local level to be more responsive to local conditions. Nothing about federal taxes suggests that Washington will be involved in service delivery. <And what things do you consider serious problems in the first place?
