I WAS confused as to whether you knew how to read for content, but you've convinced me -- you can't.

You're saying exactly the same thing that I am -- the documents were produced in connection with AP's FOIA case against TANG. FOIA means "Freedom Of Information Act." TANG means "Texas Air National Guard."

Case is exactly the same as lawsuit.

And that case is NOT contested by anybody, and in particular is not contested by Bush. Bush is not a party to the case. You can't contest a case when you are not a party.
