I didn't know that Mr. Westergaard had offered $5,000 rewards in the past. I found a post where he identified another thread on SI and mentioned that there may be violation of Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) laws.

Can someone who has been with SI longer then I have bring me upto date on the outcome of this attack by Mr. Westergaard on SI?

In case someone doesn't know, RICO laws are "Federal and State laws designed to investigate, control, and prosecute organized crime".(Black's Law Dictionary 6th Edition)

Particularly, was any reward ever paid? Did anyone go to jail? Or, was it another smoking gun which never went off?

Thanks, Cisco
