LOL, the committee on financial markets is real. Created by Ronald Reagan after the 87 crash. In the intervening 17 years, the temptation to go from merely preventing crashes to creating a false stability seems pretty evident to me. Problems are popping up everywhere. Just because it (the real crash) has never happened before, doesn't mean it can't. CD
