Women Fleeing College Under Islamist Threats

Islamist extremists are targeting Baghdad's universities by threatening and attacking female students who wear Western-style fashions (the horror) and have set off bombs on campuses and demanded that classes be segregated by sex, the Washington Times reports. At least 1,000 of an estimated 3,000 women who want to postpone their studies for fear of violence will be granted leaves of absence, according to a student affairs official.
Guards at al-Kindi University last week arrested a man carrying nearly 10 pounds of TNT. "The terrorist admitted that he belongs to an Islamic group," university security chief Sameer al-Sumaidai said. "When we asked him about the one who sent him, he replied, 'It is God who sends me.' "
Whoa now, God sent him? Wow this is really interesting. How do you suppose God sent him? Did God send the terrorist from the Heavens on a mission to blow up universities? Or perhaps God called the man on his cell and gave him instructions? Did God appear in a "vision?" We need more details! You know, I'm really tired of hearing such stupid bullshit. Throughout history you'll find assclowns who claim that God told them to commit this atrocity or that atrocity and they never bother to tell you exactly HOW God told them to do this. That's because its all bullshit and God didn't tell them anything. Jim Jones said God told him to kill all those people, David Koresh said God told him to have sex with all the females in his cult. The fun part is, people actually believe it! HA! I would laugh in the face of any man who told me God told him we must have sex. Yeah right, what's the matter pal, run out of lines?
Pamphlets found on campus declared: "If the boy students don't separate from the girl students, we will explode the college. Any girl student who does not wear a veil, we will burn her face with chemicals." The campaign of intimidation already is leading to an exodus of students from campuses. Even non-Muslim women, who are not normally expected to cover their heads in a strict Islamic society, do not escape the threats, students said. These terrorist elements are foreigners from Syria and Jordan. Why don't they apply these rules in their countries, where corruption and improper fashions are prevailing?" asked an engineering student who wears a veil.
