So what? What evil do they do in the world? I saw HUNDREDS of organizations listed as NGO's. I'm sure EVERY ONE of them has an agenda all it's own. Are they somehow a SPECIAL NGO? I had a friend and fellow tournament chessplayer who developed paranoid psychosis. I'd be at his house, and he'd suddenly exclaim "Did you hear that!" - talking about a TV show or commercial. He thought the TV was addressing him directly, with a message specifically for him. His parents had to hospitalize him shortly after, and I haven't heard from him since. You remind me of him.
