Democrats tried to bring up the draft. Democrats support the draft. House leadership brought up the Democrat bill to re-institute the draft. Democrats were upset when Republicans all voted against the Democrat draft proposal. Kerry will enlist 40,000 more troops by re-instituting the draft. He has the support of Democrats in Congress. Then they will try to blame it on Republicans.
