The Bushes were one of the most powerful families in the USA, and are now THE most powerful. You are really naive if you think they can't protect their son. I went to the same type prep schools in the 70's. I remember a Vanderbilt kid who was arrested for drugs. And one of the Kennedys. Both walked. Completely walked. It was understood. Those familes have the power. Totally. Easily. GW was a party boy in the 70's. He got high and dodged the draft. I would have too if I'd been old enough. That's not the point. The point is Kerry was not one of those kids. He volunteered for combat and won the Silver Star. And Bush's dirty tricksters are putting out wholesale lies about him, the same way they did to McCain and Cleland. This will not stand.
