<their own convictions> US has been demanding anything but a two-party, single-seat-district, winner-takes-all system for everyone, since WW1.
Just like for Afghanistan, Iraq and even Mexico.

However, that says little about how well the two-party system has served USA, especially the gerrymandering after 1960-70.
(Bless the US two-party-system, because without gerrymandering once again, how would it have worked out??)

Anyway, now it is a question of that 95%, since Newt and Reagan.

PS. but one needs t understand some basics, in canada they tried to explain some during week 5, but the earlier weeks are needed too

citizensassembly.bc.ca

PPS Unluckily, they are finally working on the real issues (maybe published in a month or two??)
