Baloney. This is an ideological fight dimwit. Bush only wants government that gives money to him and his cronies. Bush believes that the poor are only so because they are lazy and stupid. That Bush is also lazy and stupid competely escapes the imbecile.

This has NOTHING to do with the availability of funds. That's just an excuse like 911/Afghanistan/OBL when the real prize was money, oil, power in Iraq. This time it's social security for baby boomers as the cover and money and power by privatizing $2 trillion.
