Xten and Urban Technology Ventures LLC Execute Distribution Agreement to Offer Enhanced VoIP Solutions
LOS ANGELES, CA, Oct. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Urban Technology Ventures LLC ("UTV" or the "Company") urbantechnologyventures.com of Los Angeles California, which recently signed a Letter of Intent to be acquired by KIWI Network Solutions Inc. ("KIWI") (OTCBB: KWNS - News), a developer and integrator of web-based, wireless network applications and wireless device technology, announced today that it has executed a Software Distribution Agreement with Xten (OTCBB: XNWK - News), a provider of VoIP (Voice over IP) and Video over IP SIP softphones, to offer enhanced VoIP solutions, combining Xten's softphones with UTV's ISP and ASP platforms over an existing third party North American and European IP network infrastructure. Both companies will feature links on their respective web sites.
