Bernie looks to be cashing in on his ill gotten gains on past Loral rip offs.

Do you think he is going to turn around and pay back any Loral Shareholders? I dont.

People are still active in trying to stop him from sucking the last drop of blood from Loral. More power to them.

Aurora Capital Affil To Buy K&F Industries

DOW JONES NEWSWIRES

NEW YORK -- An affiliate of investment firm Aurora Capital Group (AOR.XX) agreed to buy K & F Industries Inc., an aircraft equipment maker owned by investor Bernard Schwartz and Lehman Brothers Merchant Banking.

The affiliate will pay $1.06 billion in cash for the privately-held maker of aircraft wheels and brakes.

In press release Monday, K & F said the stock purchase will close in November, subject to standard conditions.

Schwartz is chairman and chief executive of Loral Space & Communications Ltd. (LRLSQ), which operates a fleet of telecommunications satellites. Earlier this month, Loral filed a plan of reorganization that paves the way to emerge from Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. The major thrust of the plan involves elimination of essentially all of its $1 billion in debt.

For its part, Aurora said its investment strategy involves acquiring and building companies with strong market positions in partnership with operating management.

Aurora often buys operations from distressed companies seeking to eliminate debt.
