Bush alienates the entire Arab world and creates a situation where Al Queida can recruit and expect support from the populace in hiding and promoting their activities. A smart President would have enlisted the Arab world as allies against these people that are blowing up other arabs daily right after 9/11. Bush doesn't know or do such subtlety - the reactionary military is all he's got, and he invaded the wrong country!

Bush thought the Arabs were like he is, a venal Republican. So, he's offered $25,000,000 rewards on the heads of bin Ladin and Al Zarqarwi. He thought that would do the trick, but it just shows he doesn't understand the enemy. They actually have beliefs and principles, ones they're all personally willing to die for. A smart President would have realized this - but not Dumbya. NO TAKERS.
