probably so. i just don't think San Antonio is a canary in the coal mine--pricing there never got out of hand in the first place, and it is way cheaper than most of the country. also, in general, i think Texas is on a different cycle from the rest of the country a bit, especially the energy-heavy places like Houston. i think it will be more interesting if/when we see prices crash in bubble markets like SoCal.
