Terrific, and I'm sure you won't mind if I utilize in future discourse, your "gearing" term (structured finance, black boxes, leverage), as distinct from the inter- related "pumping" (promotion, smoke and mirrors, hype, MoP bullshit and tricks, and Wizard of Oz moral hazard road shows).
