How Much $$$$ will Bernie get from this deal?

I am assuming that he owned 50% or more but that is only an assumption. $500Mil profit is a nice retirement, Or could it be that Bernie needs capital to invest in the new Loral as a major stake-holder? The TIMING is perfect for such a scenario. What say all?
