I agree but I think Aviv does not want partners and if he needs to stall for some time due to some unforeseen delays he would like to have the upfront cash to do so. Can you think of any other reason (short from insinuating that they already know early this year that dex trail findings are off the mark?) Keep in mind that pars new CFO, Meer. got 150,000 options at a strike price of $3.50 in june. Why would he take that offer knowing the above?
