take it up with UN inspectors who clearly said that he did.... Did what? Who is he? Huh? As to what I think you are saying - Hans Blix's conclusion in each of his presentations to the UN was that he could not confirm that Saddam has voluntarily disarmed as required by 1441. Had Hans said to the UN "Iraq has definitely complied with 1441", there would (probably) have never been a 2nd Iraq war.
