It's hard to stomach the oligarchy in the US telling us how concerned they are with Iraqi human rights, when they launch air strikes to blow Iraqis up with such ease. It's the hypocrisy that bothers me. We were blowing Iraqis up before we invaded- but at least we didn't say it was for human rights- we said it was for containment. Ok- that makes sense. But killing civilians for human rights? Or worse, making civilians so angry they turn in to the moral equivalents of our founding fathers- and THEN we blow them up... hmmm

Makes a lot less sense.
