Liam. Can I make a suggestion? Hook up your old drive and see if you are satisified with the Copy speed or Drag & Drop. But what ever you do try the Copy before you try to backup. Backup Sucks. Keeping a pristine old drive to copy to is the Way. But to do this you have to set it all up properly. Programs on C: Data on D: and copy only your DATA. That's all you really need. The programs are in your drawer. Ray
