An interesting day for Verity...

Looks like someone bought around 800,000 shares (~8% of the
company in one transaction), and then another 200,000 shares
went through. Actually, it looks like the market maker
was accumulating all week for this buy. (I don't know how
to determine buy/sell exactly, just looking at the intraday
chart.)

Their 10K405 was also filed today. A quick scan didn't
turn up anything interesting for me.

I bought in when I heard Courtot left - with excellent products
and 40+ million in revenue all that is needed is some
fiscal responsibility. So, for the long term, it seemed like
a good buy.

I heard a rumor a few weeks ago that NSCP or Database Co.
might be buying the company (take this for what it's worth). I
can also tell you that Sbona is definitely a temp (hired to
give the board recommendations/plan of action).

If someone else could look at the charts or other
sources and give me an opinion, I'd really be interested. Even
if it was some fund, it would seem to me that there would be a
lot easier ways to get into a stock the buy 800K in one shot.

Regards,
Stew
