I'm sure that (however incompetant the FBI might ocassionally be in the performance of it's duties), they are not in the habit of placing canisters of gasoline around all of the outside windows, doors, and walls.

Nope, mostly it's just hyper-religious nutjobs who produce their own martyrdom that way.
