And lest we forget that in 1993, for instance, living on a senator's salary of about $100,000, he [John Kerry] managed to give a total of $135 to charity. I doubt he took the time to do any charitable work.

If you google John Kerry "Charitable works" you get tons of pages referring to "Saint Teresa." I'd guess it's her idea.
