This isn't in the dictionary.... I thought that "entitlements" in the context of the Federal Budget were mandatory expenditures, i.e., required by law. Social Security, Medicare, and Unemployment are mandatory expenses and must be included in any budget by law. If it falls into the discretionary budget, than it's not an entitlement. jttmab
