Sam, The paper's headline was "Former Sapiens Boss Joins Relativity." As a shareholder, it caught my attention big time. I thought others might be interested in some of the details. I got the impression from the article that something was a little off base with the situation. Just my feeling. In addition, I generally wouldn't invest in anything headquarted in the Antiles, Greater or Lesser, which may have skewed my perception. But I've made an exception here in investing heavily in the company. It's information only. I hope it might be helpful for those doing DD. If I'm off base, I'm sorry, but I'm watching this one like a hawk. JimG
