That expresses the difference in a nutshell. Part of my job is tech support (Mac, Unix, Win). Mac users would not bother asking me to install a system. They generally don't need me. (Ssh, don't tell anyone!)

I must confess I am sentimental about this product - though not about any stock. You have made good points. And so have Bill Jackson and numerous others. Many challenges ahead, darned if I can tell how it will work out.
