The concern in Canada is that the manufactures will try to limit supply of product to Canada if sales to Canadian pharmacies increase substantially and U.S. sales fall.



Of course the drug companies will. Canada is not even 10% of the US drug market. The companies will tell the Canadian Phamacies, "Fine. you will be limited to roughly the amount of drugs you sold last year."
