It should be interesting. Two possible outcomes.

If convicted of extortion she will likely go to prison to do some serious time. He has said he would donate any financial award from the court to a charity. He might also lose his job over the ickies even if he is found innocent of harrassment.

If O'Reilly is found guilty of Harrassment, he could get some punitive consequence from the court including millions in compensation and some community service or something. He would almost certainly lose his job.

Either way: She has a lot to win ... or lose. He has a lot to lose but little or nothing to gain.
