Nope. She has not been charged by either the state or the fed with extortion. Only the state or the fed can charge you with a crime and put you in jail; Bill O'Reilly does not possess that authority. It is literally impossible for her to be convicted of extortion and sent to prison, given the present circumstances.

Also, the standard for extortion is whether she had a plausible legal basis for her demand, which would be easily met, since she has tapes of the conversations.
