The British do not have the John Edwards tort lawyer system of ghouls forcing gynecologists and businesses that produce vaccines into bankruptcy. Their tort system does not allow an attorney such as Edwards to become ultra rich off others injuries, real or imagined. We, in the recent past, had 10 companies in the vaccine production business, most have either ceased manufacture of vaccines because of the liability, or were forced into bankruptcy by idiotic punishment awards. Congress, several times recently, attempted to pass a tort reform law that would limit the punishment factor of a lawsuit, not the damage portion. Most of the so-called punishment factor of the suit ends up in the lawyers pocket, not to the injured. Guess what. You're right, Kerry and Edwards have voted against the Tort Law every time. Guess Why. You're right. the Tort ghouls are among largest contributors to the Democratic party and the Kerry/Edwards campaign. They, the Tort ghouls, want something for their bribe money and Kerry/Edwards have obliged to the detriment of our entire country, especially to the elders, and others, who need vaccines. Kerry is not only a traitor but a first class liar, as is the draft dodger Edwards. What amazes me is Edwards would not have been reelected Senator in own state, but is now running for VP. His own state recognized he is incompetent, which shows how limited competent people are in the Democratic Party. Not only sad but disgusting.
