Based on 20 year history. The dishonest RNC picked out that phony #1 label based on 2003 when JK was busy campaigning, then they tricked him into showing up to vote on some wedge issues. Big deal. It is no way reflects the reality of his 20 year record. For one thing, Kerry is much more fiscally responsible than Bush. for another thing, he has voted FOR every weapons system currently in use today. And certainly JK has moved to the center since 1992 when you can plainly see the difference in the way he voted. It's called maturity.
