Lousy response. The tax cut was not just $300 for rich people. Where the heck did you get that idea?

I read numerous articles by economists that state non equivocally that Bush's tax cuts were ill-designed if the intent was to spur the economy. We all know that the spur the economy thing was just an excuse for a giveaway to the rich.
