Yes - there are many local clubs and all offer dance lessons. You can search online probably for a club. They people are very nice and there are always beginners there.

I found out last night that imperial swing dancing originated in St. Louis - at a club named the Imperial in Florissant (North County.) People from California came, saw it, and took it back where it became West Coast Swing. Ditto for the east - East Coast Swing.

To me it is all the same. <g>
