Just one of those digressions that arose over clarifying Left- Right differences.

I do not approve of discrimination generally, and I do not mind attaching some conditions to the receipt of public funds limiting discrimination, but I do think that some leeway is reasonable to maintain the character of the sponsoring organization, and the integrity of its beliefs. I have not examined the issue closely, so I am not sure about drawing the line.

Unless Bush were the judge in the case of the lesbian counselor, and other such cases, and granted that the main permissive legislation originated before he was president (1996), I do not see the appropriateness of your remarks, but maybe I missed something.
