Dishonest article. Bush is the first prez to lose jobs since Hoover, the only one. Can't be any clearer. Even Carter, Nixon and LBJ created millions of jobs, and they were at war too. Carter's troubles in the ME were as bad for us as 9-11. Plus Bush is the only one over-spending by 2 trillion bucks. That money alone should have created 20 million + jobs. Instead he lost jobs. And replaced good jobs with bad ones to boot.
