Kerry has a great voting record. And on defense issues it matchs that of Cheney, Zell Miller and Porter Goss. In fact Kerry was more hawkish than Goss on intel spending. Plus Kerry wanted spending transfered to human intelligence, exactly what we needed more of in the 90's which Bush-Cheney ignored.
