I think he has done marvelously well in Afghanistan, as the elections demonstrate. I think the overthrow of Saddam Hussein was correct and well- executed. I think his administration has done a great job in thwarting any new attack on the homeland, and in increasing emergency resources in the event of a new attack. I think the move to alter troop commitments in Korea and Europe is correct, and the plans to alter force structure in NATO to allow for forward deployment and rapid response are good. I think that, despite problems, we are generally on the right track currently in Iraq. I think he was right to insist on multilateral talks with North Korea......
