I am watching Bush on the stump live on CNN. he is speaking on healthcare and medical liability. Ranting as usual about VP candidate Edwards. I think he has a problem focussing on the issue. He misfocussed on Iraq in his war on terror instead of on Al Qaeda and Osama. Now he is misfocussing on Edwards instead of focussing on Kerry. He stopped in the middle of his sentence and said "I am focussing on medical lie ability" The long pause on the word "liability" made it sound like "lie (pause) ability."
