These people REALLY NEED TO SPEAK UP... bush's complete INACTION on one of the most important groups and cornerstones of AMERICA's ECONOMY...let ALONE OUR SAFETY..... shows that Bush is as INCOMPETENT with THIS as he has been WITH THE FDA AND FLU SHOTS! The Government Accountability Office (GAO) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) have warned Congress of a shortage -- up to 50 percent in less than 10 years. Given that it takes three to five years to train a controller, the shortage needs to be addressed now. In some areas, towers are already understaffed. CC
