Unfortunately, I think I have to take option two. I think the numbers will look "not good." This is why I earlier brought up the possibility that Pinetree sold their 100,000 shares. I don't think there were any restrictions on when they could sell.....only when they could buy at certain prices.

I think, because of their agreement with TPI, they had access to some inside information which ultimately changed their mind about the "700,000 to 1,000,000 opportunity" they had.

I further agree with the "bet" that someone at TPI immediately picked up those shares to keep the value from dropping further (look at Alan's post and the timing of those two transactions). I think some phone calls were made.

If this is true....do we bet on Pinetree's evaluation or do we bet on TPII's evalulation of their potential?

So, why do I post this? I hope that TPI is reading this thread and will consider the seriousness of what happened today.

Their valuation has to be just as important (more important) to them as it is to us....i.e. they need to hear this stuff.
