I hate to throw a wet blanket on a party, and this party isn't overjoyed at the moment anyway. But infighting among the ranks is not going to get you anywhere. I expect to get massacred for this but what the hey.

Could you tell me where all of the solid is, no earnings, 5 houses under construction, hell my neighboor does that every year. No experience in single family dwelling construction. A nearly impossible business plan, I fail to see the solid.
