Paul, will there will be an effect on Intel's Asian CPU sales by the recent currency turmoil in that region, in your opinion? Many of the Asian "Tigers", e.g. Thailand, Malaysia, have seen dramatic meltdowns of their currency vis-a-vis U.S. dollar, which may raise the price of new computers beyond the reach of the middle class? Asia accounts for at least a quarter of Intel's sales, if I remember correctly, outpacing Europe.
Also, what's your opinion of Cyrix CPU recall? Is this a death-knell? A symptom of a underlying disease in the corporate structure of that company? And perhaps knowledge of the imminent recall prompted the quick sale to National? I bet National's management is none-too-happy about this latest PR disaster!

Thanks in advance for your thoughts,
Gary
