Plaza Accord reversed stronger US$ in 1980's
Reagan in no way participated in the currency fraud game
Rubin pushed strong US$ to the hilt in late 1990's

if truth be told, Rubin's buddies made billion$
he was the first in Wall Street to be permitted to play games with the US Treasury for personal gain
Regan was Reagan's Secy Treasury first
but he gave up on the role and became White House Chief
Regan came from Wall Street but did not raid the Treasury
Rubin presided over the grandest theft of Fort Knox in history

as the US Economy exported its true wealth generating machinery

many are the costs and implications of chronic inflation
the USA has priced itself out of the global market
we are left with financial engineering now, that is all
i.e. inflation, leveraged speculation, raw speculation
it is all phony, but it does entitle some to billionaire status and the right to wear nice suits
