Maybe, maybe not. Gore won the state by only 400 votes in 2000. Remember, its sandwiched in between TX and Arizona. Supporting Kerry will likely result in its getting cut off from the Gulf and from its current water supply that comes from the Colorado River.

Do either TX or Arizona have nukes?
