Agree with you on Eli, don't know what up with him... If you just look at the financial, he has done quite well. He needs to learn from Mr. Warren Buffett; every year, he says to the shareholders, "we were lucky past years, don't expect the same this year." I think it's much better to be on conservative side then beat 'em every time... rather than get beat by your own exuberant forecasting...
